Lean In 15
This Post work out smoothie is scrumptious! I mean seriously, it’s sweet and filling, enough to fill you up and for you to feel fully satisfied after a workout.
I highley recommend this Gold Standard Whey protein too, it is tasty!
All you need for this smoothie is : A scoop of protein powder, a banana, cup full of blueberries, 75g of rolled oats, a small cup of chia seeds, coconut water and a scoop of ice cubes.
