Well let me tell you now, if you haven’t you are missing out, I have been following this programme to fit my own schedule, its pretty easy really as all of the meals and recipes only take about 15 minutes to cook.
Its not Lean in 15 days, it is a guide to meals and work outs that only take 15 minutes
I started Lean in 15 at the beginning of January with my father, it motivated me to do it along side my dad and have a fun with it, in the space of 4 weeks I was seeing a much leaner me, it really is amazing, I mean I have tried most diets and detoxes and nothing has compared to how this makes me feel.
Just reading the first few pages about health and foods and what your body needs and when it needs it motivated me to start, all of the meals are in sections, you have pre workout, post workout, low carbs , snacks and treats and honestly it is all scrumptious.
The HIT training involved is brilliant too, 15- 20 minuets out of your day, that is nothing right?
There is also a 30 day and a 90 day plan
